Terms and Conditions for all Raindrop Australia trainings :

 

Because of the importance of completing the full training to obtain your Certificate of Attendance, we ask that you only register for this training if you are able to arrive by the scheduled starting time, and stay until the scheduled finishing time. If this causes any problems, please discuss these with us.

In order for us to keep course fees as low as possible, the following cancellation policies apply to our trainings (regardless of the reason for the cancellation). All cancellations must be directed to your course coordinator, and must be made in writing (eg. by email)

 

Cancellation Policy - Raindrop Technique MasterClass:

 

  • For cancellations made after your deposit has been paid, a $250 cancellation fee is charged. The balance of moneys paid are held in credit for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation. Alternatively, find someone to attend in your place, and no fee is deducted.
  • Monies held in credit may be used for any course and events with Raindrop Australia or The Health Garden (or gifted to another person)

 

Cancellation Policy – Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique:

 

  • For cancellations made 30 days or more before the advertised course start date, a $250 cancellation fee is charged.
  • For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the advertised course start date, a $400 cancellation fee is charged.
  • The balance of moneys paid are held in credit for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation. Alternatively, find someone to attend in your place, and no fee is deducted.
  • Monies held in credit may be used for any course and events with Raindrop Australia or The Health Garden (or gifted to another person)

 

Cancellation Policy – Raindrop Technique Clinic, Level 2 and VitaFlex MasterClass:

  • For cancellations made 30 days or more before the advertised course start date, a $250 cancellation fee is charged.
  • For cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the advertised course start date, a $400 cancellation fee is charged.
  • If you are booking in for just the Clinic and/or VitaFlex MasterClass (and not Level 2), a $50 cancellation fee is charged per course for cancellations made 30 or more days before the advertised course start date, and a $100 cancellation fee is charged per course for cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the advertised course start date.
  • The balance of moneys paid are held in credit for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation. Alternatively, find someone to attend in your place, and no fee is deducted.
  • Monies held in credit may be used for any course and events with Raindrop Australia or The Health Garden (or gifted to another person)

 

In the event of us cancelling a course:

If a course must be cancelled (eg. due to insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund, or you may opt to transfer the full amount paid to a future course.

Indemnity Form:

 

  • Raindrop Technique and Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique are performed using Young Living’s essential oils, and not other brands (we will ask you to sign an indemnity form to this effect when you attend the training) – this is because of the quality and guaranteed purity of these oils.

  • You will also be asked for your Young Living member number when you book in for your course. This will be issued to you when you purchase your oils from Young Living Essential Oils. If you are at all uncertain as to how to place an order with Young Living, please speak to the person who introduced you to the Young Living Essential Oils (or our trainings). If you are having any difficulties with this process, our course coordinator will happily assist you.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions for all Raindrop Australia student clinics and SpOIL Me days:

 

The student clinics and SpOIL Me days must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another clinic or SpOIL Me day should you find yourself unable to attend for any reason.

 

Instead, we recommend that you:

  • nominate someone to attend in your place

  • advise us of this person's name and contact details so that we can update our records
